Most of our regulars live within a few minutes of the salon: Riviera del Sol, Calahonda, Miraflores, Sitio de Calahonda and the urbanisations either side of the A-7. If you have been driving to Marbella or Fuengirola for colour, the studio is likely closer than your usual salon and there is always somewhere to park.
Katie trained in the UK and spent a decade behind the chair in London and along the south coast before moving her practice to Spain. That means British colour training and British consultation habits, applied to hair that lives in Spanish sun.
Appointments are advised and consultations are free. Walk-ins are welcome when the diary allows, though colour is always booked after a consultation.

Balayage is painted by hand rather than packed into foils, so the transition from root to end stays soft. Placed well, it grows out over months instead of forming a line, which suits anyone who does not want a salon visit every four weeks.
Living between the pool, the sea and the sun changes how colour behaves. We plan placement and tone with that in mind, keep the lift honest to what your hair can take, and finish with a toner and gloss so the result reads clean rather than brassy.
Every appointment starts with a proper conversation in daylight, including hair history, condition and how much upkeep you actually want.

- How close is it to Calahonda?
- A few minutes by car, and walkable from parts of Riviera del Sol. Clients also come from Miraflores, Sitio de Calahonda and La Cala de Mijas.
- Do I need a consultation first?
- Yes, for any blonding, balayage or bespoke colour if you are a new client. It is free, takes a few minutes, and it is how we avoid promising something your hair cannot safely deliver.
- How often will I need it redone?
- That depends on your natural depth, how much lift we place and how you wear it. Most balayage clients return for a refresh or toner well before a full appointment is needed, and we agree a realistic interval with you at the consultation.
- Is the salon English speaking?
- Yes. Katie is British and consultations are in English.
