A stand-alone toning or gloss service refreshes existing colour between full appointments, knocks out brass, adds shine, and extends the life of your blonde by weeks.

The appointment that keeps colour looking new

Root colour, toners and glosses are the maintenance half of colour work. A gloss neutralises warmth as it returns, adds shine and makes existing blonde or brunette look freshly done, without putting more lightener anywhere near the hair.

Root colour covers grey and refreshes depth at the scalp, which is often all that is needed between full appointments. Both are short visits compared with a full colour service.

Why it matters more here

Sun, salt water and chlorinated pools pull warmth through coloured hair faster on the Costa del Sol than in northern Europe. A toning visit at the right moment can add weeks to the life of a balayage or a blonde and reduce how often lightener is needed at all.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the difference between a toner and a gloss?
Both adjust tone rather than lightening the hair. A gloss also adds noticeable shine and can be used to refresh depth and richness as well as to neutralise warmth.
How often should I have a toner?
It depends on how cool your blonde is and how much sun, sea and pool water your hair sees. Many clients book a toning visit between full colour appointments.
Can you cover grey without a full colour appointment?
Yes. A root colour appointment covers grey and refreshes depth at the scalp, and is often all that is needed between full services.
